Master Cook is a fun yet competitive cooking event, that spices up the traditional cooking class format. You've all seen it get tasty for chefs on the TV as they're put through their paces and now it's your chance to pit your wits in a cook-off. We have professional kitchen venues across the North West so let us organise an event that's convenient to you.

The events offer a chance to compete against your friends or work colleagues but also to learn new skills and recipes from our expert chef, plus you can even have it all filmed and get a personalised DVD of your event.

Every event is made as sociable as possible, with reception drinks and canapes on arrival as well as opportunities to have a drink and network in between rounds.

At Master Cook we can tailor our event to suit your group, whether you're representing a company that requires an all-day or even weekend event to suit a large group, or an individual or a couple looking to take part but need to be matched with fellow contestants. We also cater for hen, stag and birthday parties, groups of friends who can't wait to cook against each other, or any other groups celebrating a host of different occasions.

Your Master Cook event will include a combination of the following rounds:

Chef's Dish - where our experienced and knowledgeable chef will demonstrate a classic dish and then ask participants to replicate it to the best of your ability.

Mystery Ingredients Round - where competitors need to come up with a course of quality on the hop made from a set box of ingredients.

The Taste Test – where contestants are blindfolded and asked to identify different foods and mini-meals.

Your Own Recipe - which will be the for contenders chance to show off your favourite dish.

Omelette Challenge – the speed round where rival cooks will whisk themselves into contention if they can produce a omelette in double-quick time.

Master Cook's Food Quiz – an interactive and intriguing quiz about the fantastic world of food.

Our supportive and seasoned chef will judge your creations and be on hand and help and advise as you and your friends compete to be crowned Master Cook champion. We can even create bespoke challenges to suit your group or theme your event with one style of cooking, be it Italian, Indian, Thai, Mediterrainean, Vegetarian or good old English dishes.
